Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of placement of the order.
The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in and late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly.
Guest ID mandatory at the time of Check-in.
Local IDs not accepted for Check-in.
Unmarried couples are not allowed.
Without Luggage Check-in is not allowed.
Valid ID for all adults is mandatory at the time of Check-in.
Final rights of admission/check-in remain reserved with the hotel management & refund can be denied in-case any misconduct is observed by the hotel Management.
The hotel’s check in, check out time is 24 00 hours. While every effort will be made, you will appreciate that late check out and early check in is subject to availability. As are all arrivals prior to 08 00 hours, which are billed from the previous night.
The room tariff mentioned above is applicable per room per night. Taxes, service charges and other levies are additional wherever applicable.
The room tariff is not inclusive of airport transfer. However should you require any facilitation for the same please feel free to contact us.
May we request you to guarantee your reservation against Credit Card deposit. Companies with credit facility can guarantee reservations by sending a billing letter duly signed by an authorized person. You will appreciate that the hotel reserves the right to cancel non guaranteed reservations after 16 00 hours on the day of arrival.
Guaranteed Room Reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff.
In the event of a cancellation prior to 48 hrs, please do retain the cancellation number, to ensure that no retention charge is levied.
Note: Above mentioned cancellation percentages are prior to the Percentages Configured at hotel admins level in Chobs module.
Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of check out. We are not in a position to accept personal cheques and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts which have a Credit facility with the respective hotel.
Prior information for a Smoking or Non Smoking Room will enable us to provide on priority, subject to availability.
If cancelled later or incase of no-show, no amount will be refunded.

Information we collect and how we use it

* Information you provide -When you make a reservation for any of CHOBSS Hotels Services or promotion that requires registration, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and telephone etc.).For certain services, we also request credit card or other payment account information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers.We may combine the information you submit under your account with information from other CHOBSS Hotels services or third parties in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. For certain services, we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information.
* Log information -When you access CHOBSS Hotels services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser , which pages you viewed.
* User communications – When you send email or other communications to Google, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
*Auditing, Research and Analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve our services;
*Ensuring the technical functioning services; and
*Developing new services. CHOBSS Hotels processes personal information on our servers in India and in other countries. In some cases, we process personal information on a server outside your own country.We may process personal information to provide our own services. In some cases, we may process personal information on behalf of and according to the instructions of a third party, such as our advertising partners.

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorised access to or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. We restrict access to personal information to CHOBSS Hotels’s employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services.These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
